Our leases are individual leases, which means you are only financially responsible for your space. If your roommate transfers schools, you will not be responsible for their portion of the rent payment.

A. Yes, we do require renter’s insurance to protect your personal belongings if the unlikely chance something were to happen. If you do not provide proof of insurance, you will be opted-in for $10.95 a month to our insurance program. Please contact the office if you have any questions.

A. We do! If you don’t have a roommate in mind, we offer this program for free. On your application, you will fill out a questionnaire to help our team match you with the best roommate we can find.

A. Rent includes WiFi, parking, and access to all our community amenities. Power and water will be spilt amongst your roommates and charged to your Resident Portal account each month. The price for utilities will vary by the usage.

A. Yes, furry friends are welcomed! They are roommates, too. Simply add your pets information on your application to register. There is a monthly pet rent for pet owners and breed restrictions. Please contact the office for more information.

A. To submit a work order, please go to our website or download the app to login to your ResidentPortal. You may also stop by the leasing office or reach out for assistance. If you have a maintenance emergency, please call the office as soon as possible.
